ProxyToo terms of service

Effective 2026-10-19

1. Who do these terms of service apply to?

These terms apply to everyone who uses the ProxyToo website, dashboard and proxy gateway (the service). You accept them as soon as you create an account with an access token.

The terms are the basic agreement that keeps the service safe and fair. They follow the order you actually use it in, from account and top up to balance, orders, refunds and support, so first time users can read them easily.

2. How is a ProxyToo account created?

A ProxyToo account is created with a single access token. The token starts with pt_ and works as both your login ID and your proxy password.

On the sign up screen you copy the token or save it as a file, then tick "I saved it" to create the account. This step makes sure the token is stored safely first, so please take a moment with it.

Up to 3 accounts can be created from one IP. The same limit applies even when several people share a network.

3. Who keeps the access token safe, and how?

The server keeps only a hash used to check the token and its last 4 characters for display. That means the service can't show the original token again, and keeping it is up to you.

Anyone who learns your token can use your balance and proxies. Store it in a password manager or another secure place, and when you add it to code, keep it out of public repositories.

4. What proxy services does ProxyToo provide?

The service offers rotating residential, unlimited residential, ISP, dedicated datacenter, shared datacenter, IPv6 and mobile proxies, all paid from one balance. Residential and mobile are charged by traffic used (GB), unlimited residential by days, and ISP, datacenter and IPv6 by number of IPs and term.

You connect through the gateway at gate.proxytoo.com:7000 using HTTP or SOCKS5. Country, city and session go in the username, and prices and setup for each product are on the pricing page and in the dashboard.

Supported countries, cities and IP types may grow or change with supply. Changes appear on the locations page and in the dashboard right away.

5. What can I use the proxies for?

Please use ProxyToo for lawful and legitimate work and personal tasks. The uses below are typical examples.

Whatever the use, follow the rules of the sites you visit and the laws of each country. Respecting a site's request rate and access limits keeps things stable for you and for the site.

  • Collecting public data and prices for market research
  • Checking ads and landing pages by country and city
  • Reviewing local search results and app store pages
  • Testing how your own service performs from abroad
  • Running accounts and work you manage yourself

6. Which uses are not allowed?

The uses below are not allowed, to keep the whole service safe. If we find them, we act under the suspension rules.

If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask customer support before you start. Checking first saves time for everyone.

  • Illegal activity and distributing illegal content
  • Sending spam email, messages or posts
  • Fraud, phishing and misuse of other people's accounts or payment methods
  • Attacking or overloading websites and servers
  • Unauthorized access that ignores the rules of the sites you visit

7. How do top ups work?

Top ups are made in a secure checkout window that opens when you press Top up in the dashboard. You choose the amount, the coin and network (USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Solana), USDC (BEP20, ERC20, Solana), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC) and enter an email for the receipt, and the checkout shows a receiving address and the exact amount to send. A processing fee is shown in the checkout and added to the total: 5% from $20, 3% from $40, 2% from $100, 1.75% from $200, 1.5% from $300 and 1% from $500.

The checkout and its address stay valid for 60 minutes. Sending the exact amount to the address shown within that time helps the payment get confirmed quickly.

Once the payment is confirmed, the top up is added to your balance. A checkout closes after 60 minutes, so just press Top up again if you need it.

8. What are the minimum and maximum top up amounts and bonuses?

Each top up must be at least $30 and at most $5,000. When you connect from one of the 72 low and lower middle income countries in the World Bank list, the minimum drops to $20, based on the country you connect from.

Larger top ups earn a bonus, following the ladder $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50%. Bonus balance works on every product, exactly like the amount you paid.

Bonus tiers and minimums may change over time. The amount and bonus shown on the request screen are the ones applied to that top up.

9. How is balance used, and how long does it last?

Your balance has no expiry date, so you can use it whenever you need. One balance pays for all 7 products.

Balance is service credit, so it goes toward products rather than withdrawals. It is ready to spend on any product whenever you like.

Residential and mobile proxies draw from your balance as you use traffic. You can see your remaining balance and top up history in the dashboard at any time.

10. How are IP product orders handled?

Unlimited residential, ISP, datacenter and IPv6 products are ordered under Buy products in the dashboard by choosing quantity and term. The price comes out of your balance right away and the order is created.

In My orders, each order shows its status as pending activation and then active. Once activation is done it turns active, and the term of use starts.

If an order is canceled or refunded, its status changes to refunded and the full amount you paid goes back to your balance.

11. How do refunds work?

All refunds go back to your balance. Refunded balance has no expiry either, so you can use it on any other product right away.

When refunds apply and how to ask for one are set out in the refund policy. These terms and the refund policy apply together.

12. When can access be suspended?

If we find use that is not allowed or that harms other users or the service, we may suspend access without notice. This includes attempts to get around the accounts per IP limit.

Any remaining balance is handled based on the nature and impact of the violation. Where the law requires, we follow that process.

13. What is the service responsible for?

The service provides proxy connections and dashboard features. You are responsible for what you do on sites you reach through the proxy and for its results.

Losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, network outages or supplier outages, fall outside our responsibility. Even then, IP products that could not be delivered are returned to your balance under the refund policy.

Each site decides how it treats incoming IPs and what it shows. IPv6 proxies work on sites that accept IPv6.

14. How do I create proxy connection details?

In the dashboard, Create connection details lets you pick country, city and session, then builds them in HTTP, SOCKS5, host:port:user:pass and curl formats. Your account access token goes in the password field.

Paste the details into tools such as Python, Node.js, Puppeteer, Playwright, Scrapy, Selenium or curl and you are ready. Because they contain your token, keep them for your own use.

15. When can I contact customer support?

Customer support opens for accounts whose first top up has been credited. Leave your message through the support menu in the dashboard.

Including the top up date, amount and order details in your message helps us check things faster.

16. How will I know if the terms of service change?

When the terms change, we post the new version on this page with its effective date. Changed parts are written clearly so you can read them before the effective date.

If you keep using the service after the new terms take effect, you accept the updated terms.
