ProxyToo refund policy
Effective 2026-10-19
1. How do ProxyToo refunds work?
Every ProxyToo refund goes back to your balance. Refunded balance never expires and can be used right away on any of the 7 products.
Balance is service credit, so it goes toward products rather than withdrawals. That is why refunds are made to your balance instead of a wallet or bank account.
2. When is money returned to my balance?
In the cases below, after a check, the amount is returned to your balance.
If your case is not listed but the service was not delivered, tell customer support. We check the records and apply the same standard.
- An IP product order could not be activated and was canceled
- An order pending activation was canceled and refunded
- Balance was wrongly charged because of failed requests
- A payment was confirmed but the top up was not credited
- A service outage kept you from using the IPs you ordered
3. What happens if an IP product order is canceled?
Unlimited residential, ISP, datacenter and IPv6 orders show their status in My orders as pending activation and then active. If an order pending activation is canceled or refunded, its status changes to refunded.
For a refunded order, the full amount you paid goes back to your balance. You can use it to order the same product again or pick another one.
An order that has turned active gives you the IPs for the term you chose. If something is wrong with an active order, let customer support know.
4. How is residential and mobile proxy usage settled?
Rotating residential and mobile proxies need no order and draw from your balance by the traffic you use. You pay only for what you use, and the rest of your balance stays for next time.
If balance was wrongly charged because of failed requests, we return that amount to your balance. To help us check, share the date, rough time and country you used.
Remaining balance stays with no expiry, ready for your next task. Usage and balance changes are visible in the dashboard at any time, so it is easy to review charges yourself.
5. How are top up requests handled?
Top ups are made in a secure checkout window with USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Solana), USDC (BEP20, ERC20, Solana), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC, and each checkout shows a receiving address and the exact amount to send. Each checkout stays open for 60 minutes.
Once the payment is confirmed, the top up is added to your balance. The top up bonus, following $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50%, is added at the same time.
If you paid into a request that had already closed after 60 minutes, or sent a different amount, tell customer support. We check the payment and let you know how it will be handled.
6. How do I ask for a refund?
Send refund requests through customer support in the dashboard. Support opens for accounts whose first top up has been credited.
Including the top up date and amount, order details and when the problem started helps us check faster. Once checked, the amount is returned to your balance.
7. Are there cases that are not refunded?
If access was suspended for use the terms don't allow, the case is handled based on the violation. Refunds cover what could not be delivered, while traffic delivered normally and term time already passed count as used.
Whenever you are unsure, ask customer support first. We look at the records with you and suggest the best way forward.
Checking the product details and the IP types offered in each country before ordering helps you pick the right product the first time. The locations and pricing pages make that quick to do.
8. How can I use refunded balance?
Refunded balance works exactly like balance you topped up. It pays for rotating residential and mobile usage as well as unlimited residential, ISP, datacenter and IPv6 orders.
Balance never expires, so you can take your time. When you know the product and country you need, order straight from the dashboard.
9. What steps does a refund check follow?
When a request comes in through support, we go through your top up records, order records and balance charges in turn. Once the matching amount is confirmed, it is returned to your balance.
For IP product orders you will see the status change to refunded, and the returned amount shows in your dashboard balance. The result is also shared in the support reply.
10. How will I know if the refund policy changes?
When this policy changes, we post the new version on this page with its effective date. Orders and top ups started before a change are handled under the policy in place at that time.
The updated policy applies to new orders and top ups from its effective date. For questions, contact support once your first top up has been credited.
